Our Terms and Conditions outline the actions permitted by our services, including SMS and other services we may introduce in the future. We reserve the right to modify our policy at any time, so please check back regularly for updates.
Acceptable Use Policy
To ensure a positive experience for all users, we’ve established an Acceptable Use Policy that outlines the expected behavior when using our services. Please review the following guidelines carefully:
1. Compliance with Laws: Transmission, distribution, or storage of any material in violation of applicable laws or regulations is strictly prohibited. This includes copyrighted, trademarked, or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization.
2. Subscriber Conduct: Users must only use our services for lawful purposes. No material that violates or infringes upon the rights of others, is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene, will be tolerated.
3. System and Network Security: Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples of prohibited activities include unauthorized access, monitoring, or interference with service to any user, host, or network.
4. Indemnification: Subscribers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Allure Technologies, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims and expenses arising from the use of our services.
5. SMS Policy: Users must not post or transmit unlawful, threatening, abusive, or obscene information, including material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability. Sending unsolicited SMS messages, including commercial advertising and informational announcements, is explicitly prohibited.
User Responsibilities
* Ensure the authenticity of mobile phone numbers, you send messages to
* Delete records of mobile numbers from your database upon request from the mobile end user
* Pay the agreed amount per SMS + taxes for sending messages through our SMSC
* Not use our service for sending unsolicited or objectionable messages
* Not exceed the maximum validity period of our service (1 year from the date of payment)
Cost Policy
* We charge the agreed amount per SMS + taxes for sending messages through our SMSC
* We bill users for all SMS routed by our SMSC, regardless of delays or non-delivery
* Service taxes are applicable at 18%
* Users must pay bills immediately when sent by us
* The bill generated by us is the conclusive proof of the SMS sent by our SMSC
Refund Policy
* We don’t offer refunds at any stage or under any condition, unless agreed upon. If a refund is agreed upon, it will take 60 to 90 days from the date of the request received by us.
Disclaimer

Message Length & Enforcement
* We measure message length as follows: 160 characters = 1 message credit, 161-306 characters = 2 message credits, and so on.
* Indirect or attempted violations of our policy, or actual or attempted violations by a third party on behalf of a subscriber or end user, shall be considered a violation of our policy.
Jurisdiction & Termination
* We reserve the right to terminate user accounts at any time without notice or liability if we determine that a user has violated any of our terms and conditions.
* We also reserve the right to modify these policies at any time.
By Registering with Us
* By registering online or offline with us and/or making payment for our service, you agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above. Note that the same bulk SMS terms and conditions clauses are also applicable for voice calls, email campaigns, and miss call alert services.

* Allure Technologies complies with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on spam and telemarketing. We respect the rights of consumers and will not engage in any deceptive or unfair practices.
